1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if:

  • You experience significant service issues not caused by your internet, device, or third-party apps.

  • Our support team is unable to solve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You request cancellation within the first 30 days and have not used more than 15% of your subscription period.


2. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Issues are caused by your internet provider, device limitations, or IPTV applications outside our control.

  • You have used more than 30% of the subscription duration.

  • The refund request is made after 30 days from the purchase date.

  • The subscription has been successfully delivered and activated as described.


3. How to Request a Refund

  • The email address used during purchase

  • A brief explanation of the issue you experienced

If the request meets the refund conditions, we typically process refunds within 5 to 7 business days.
