You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase if:
You experience significant service issues not caused by your internet, device, or third-party apps.
Our support team is unable to solve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
You request cancellation within the first 30 days and have not used more than 15% of your subscription period.
Refunds will not be granted if:
Issues are caused by your internet provider, device limitations, or IPTV applications outside our control.
You have used more than 30% of the subscription duration.
The refund request is made after 30 days from the purchase date.
The subscription has been successfully delivered and activated as described.
